Users cancellation and return Policy:

  • All purchases made on our website are final and considered "AS IS," except in the case of defective items, in accordance with Israeli law. Such variations do not constitute defects and do not entitle the customer to a return, refund, or exchange.

Please note that custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective.

Liability:
